We’ll start with an online complimentary, no-pressure clarity session call. This is your chance to share your story, your struggles, and your goals. We’ll talk about where you feel stuck and what you want to achieve. From there, I’ll outline exactly how I can help you move forward.
Based on our conversation, I’ll create a program tailored to your specific needs, lifestyle, and goals. Your program will include mindset coaching, maybe hypnosis, and practical strategies to help you create healthy habits that
work for you.
Real change takes time, and you won’t be doing it alone. We’ll address any challenges you face through weekly coaching sessions, celebrate your wins, and adjust as needed. With hypnosis, we’ll work on rewiring the thoughts and behaviours that have held you back so you can experience real, lasting freedom.

Where Are You Based?
I work online via Zoom which allows my clients to work with me flexibly, even during their lunch break!
Do You Offer a Guarantee?
No. Offering a Guarantee for something that is not entirely within my control is not feasible.
What is the Cost?
I don’t charge by the hour because my focus is on the results we achieve together, not just the time spent. My program is personalized and tailored to meet the specific needs of each woman to achieve their desired outcome.
I went into the program feeling my lowest. I hoped that the program would help me to instil positive changes in myself and my lifestyle, but as I had limited success releasing weight in the past, part of me was sceptical if this would work. But boy ,I was wrong.
The 12-week program was the kickstart I needed to make healthy changes to my lifestyle, body, and mindset. I now feel confident and positive within myself and free of negative self-talk. I’ve continued with my daily habits, gym routine, and healthy eating, and I’m so much happier within myself.
