I know how frustrating it is to feel trapped in the cycle of yo-yo dieting. For years, I struggled with restrictive diets, quick fixes, and the constant battle of losing and regaining weight. Every diet seemed to work for a while, but once I stopped, the weight always came back. I felt stuck.

My turning point came in my late 40s when I realized that dieting wasn’t the solution. Yes, I was on another diet wanting to quit 10 days in, hearing my self-talk of ‘I can’t do this’ and ‘this is not for me’, and I realised at that moment I didn’t need another short-term fix—I needed a sustainable lifestyle change. This mindset shift allowed me to break free from the diet trap and embrace a healthier, more fulfilling way of living. I now focus on finding balance, enjoying movement, and nourishing my body in ways that last.

As a Certified Women’s Weight Loss and Wellness Coach and Hypnotist, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same. I guide women to step away from restrictive diets and adopt a lifestyle of lasting change that brings peace to their minds and bodies.
